Breaking Free

There are many things that have an unwanted power over me. Things that I wish I could break free from. I’d like this to be a callback post of sorts; something I can return to in the future and say, “hey, I finally got over that!”

Usually I dislike going back to old posts; it’s kind of depressing knowing how much I haven’t changed. So hopefully hopefully hopefully this will be a bit different.

– Soft drinks. I must stop drinking these, and convert to mostly water.
– Junk food. I’ve got to cut this out too, although right now I think I’m preeetty okay with that.
– Lack of exercise. I have to start exercising every day again.
– Sleeping in. Wake up early and seize the day.
– Rude, mean, intolerant (etc) people. I have to stop letting them bother me so much.

The last one will be the hardest.
